How to resend or reprint a receipt

If you need to print a transaction receipt or resend the receipt to your client, follow the below steps.

Navigate to the transaction:

  1. Log Into 8am™ LawPay and select Transactions.

  2. Search for the transaction using the name, dollar amount, or date.

  3. Once the transaction has been found, click the transaction record to be taken to the individual transaction details.

To resend receipt:

  1. Click Resend Receipt from the right side menu.

  2. Enter cardholder's email address.

  3. Click Resend Receipt.

To reprint receipt:

  1. ​Click View/Print Receipt.

  2. The receipt will open in a new window where it can be printed.
