Adding and Removing Firm Users

You can add, edit, and deactivate users on your 8am LawPay account if you are an admin.

Following along in LawPay is recommended as you read the article.

Adding a User

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Click the Add New User​ button.

  3. Add the New User Information.

  4. Set their permissions.

  5. Click Save Permissions.

Deactivating a User

Deleted users will not be able to log in to the system. Once deactivated, the user cannot be reactivated.

To deactivate a user:

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Click Edit User next to the user you want to deactivate.

  3. Click Deactivate.

  4. Confirm the deactivation by clicking Confirm Deactivation
