The BOTS Inc and LawPay integration offers clients an easy and secure solution to accept payments and ask account questions via chatbot and live chat.
BOTS users can integrate LawPay payments into their chatbots’ scripts, and offer 24/7 online payment support for firms.
On the right-side menu, select the Sites page.
In the "Available Integrations" options, find LawPay and click the
Connect button.
Enter your LawPay account login credentials and click Sign In.
Click the Authorize button.
Once you see the page confirming the integration was successful, click the button Got it!
A LawPay tile is now present in "Connected Integrations" area.
To add a payment form in a dialog, go to the "Scripts" page, and click on the Add Dialog button.
In the new Dialog options, select the "Response Type" to be payment form.
