Administrator
When someone is an administrator, they have the ability to edit firm billing settings and see all firm financials on the dashboard. This permission grants the user the most access.
Collect Payments
Collect payments allows staff to run transactions via the Charge button on the homepage.
Schedule Payments
Scheduled Payments allow you and your firm to maximize cash flow by setting up future payments to recur automatically. This guarantees that your invoices get paid on time.
Manage Quick Bills and Invoices
The manage Quick Bills and Invoice permission allows a user to create, edit, and delete invoices and see invoice financial totals on the dashboard. If a user does not have this permission, they will not see the Invoicing tab on the left navigation menu or the Create Invoice button on the homepage. They also cannot see the financial totals for invoices on the dashboard, or the “Aging Invoices” report.
Issue Refunds
Users with this permission can refund and void payments on the Transactions page. They can refund both online and offline payments, although offline is only for bookkeeping purposes.
View Reports
The View Reports permission allows the user to run and view reports, as well as the home dashboard.
View Statements
This permission allows the user to view the Monthly Statements which show the breakdown of fees each month.
Manage PCI Compliance
The manage PCI compliance permission allows a user to complete the required quick self-assessment questionnaire. This confirms your firm's ability to safely handle secure information and validate compliance with security standards.
Manage Payment Vault (Saved Payment Methods)
With Payment Vault permissions, you can securely store your clients’ preferred payment methods and easily make charges to your trust or operating account without adding to your PCI requirements.
