How to run a report in Lawpay

Overview

8am LawPay has four different reports: Transactions Report, Monthly Deposits, Daily Deposits, and Monthly Summary.

  • The transaction report shows all transaction data such as the invoice number, member number, invoice ID, etc. for a given time period.

  • The monthly deposit report shows the daily batch total for all 30 days of the month. You can then click on any specific day to see the transactions that made up that batch.

  • The daily deposit report is similar, but shows one day at a time and the transactions that make up a daily batch.

  • The monthly summary is a comprehensive statement of all account transactions, such as credits, debits, and applicable fees, processed during a specific 30-day period.

To Run a Report:

  1. Click on the Reports tab in your LawPay account.

  2. Select the report you want to run.

  3. Apply the filters you'd like, then click Run.

  4. Once the report is generated, you can choose to Export it to CSV, Excel (XLS) or QuickBooks Online.
