Built to accommodate the needs of bankruptcy firms and attorneys, the Ascend integration with 8am™ LawPay allows firms to handle payments directly within the app with online billing.
In Ascend, go to your Account Settings.
Select Merchant Account.
Click Connect with LawPay.
Login with your LawPay credentials and Sign In.
When the Authorization Application screen pops up, select Authorize for payments.
Payment information can be saved to a prospect/client by clicking the Ascend logo in the top right corner. On the "Prospects and Clients" screen, select the prospect/client. Then, click the Payment Information tab to save their payment method.
