Payments Tab Overview

You can track and view a list of payments and Transactions in the Payments Tab.

  1. You can view Transactions by Date Range and Bank Account on this page.
    a. The date Range drop-down allows you to sort Transactions by a time frame or specific start and end dates.
    b. To sort by Date, click Select.

  2. Select the Bank Account drop-down to add a filter to sort by Operating or Trust accounts.

  3. Click the Apply Filters button.​

    Note: You can filter by one or both filters.

  4. Once you view filters, click Clear Date to return to all transaction records.

  5. View Transactions by Date, Invoice Related To, Contact, Case, Entered By, Details, Method, Amount and Total.

  6. Click the Related to Invoice Number to see Invoice information.

  7. Click the Contact Name to view information about the contact.

  8. Select Case to view Case details.

  9. Select the Collect Payment button to Collect a Payment. To learn how to collect a payment, click here.
